Mina Shaigan, a Ph.D. student at the Institute for Computational Genomics in Uniklinik RWTH Aachen and other research members focus in the paper Detection of PatIent-Level distances from single cell genomics and pathomics data with Optimal Transport (PILOT) on the apply of PILOT to find disease trajectories.
